Now, last year when Nintendo cut the price of the Nintendo 3DS, gamers who had already brought their console before the price cut were given the offer of twenty free games before the end of the year. Known as the “Ambassador Programme” the programme first started off by giving gamers ten free NES games. Now, one of these games has been given a slight update.
One of the star games of the ten given away was Super Mario Bros. and it’s this game which now has a slight update on offer. The update will give gamers the ability create a Restore Point where players can pick up where they left off whenever they wish.
To update the game go into the eShop and go to “Titles you’ve downloaded” from there you will be given a list of titles you’ve downloaded and next to Super Mario Bros is a button saying “Update”. Once the update is downloaded you’re all done and can enjoy the new feature.
A number of other NES games also have an update button next to them, currently it’s not yet known what the update does to each game. It will no doubt came to light soon though.
