Square Enix’s Bravely Default: Flying Fairy has to be one of the most fascinating Nintendo 3DS yet. Despite knowing little about the game itself, we have well and truly been wooed by its visual mastery, such as the Augmented Reality demo Japanese players were treated to last year, which introduced us to a rather pretty but mysterious female who, for those familiar with other Square Enix titles will no doubt remind them of Princess Garnet from Final Fantasy IX (the best Final Fantasy game. No questions).
Siliconera has translated some comments made by Producer Tomoya Asano on Square Enix’s Facebook page that note that the company are currently in the process of recording the dialogue for the game. While the game’s characters or voice talent haven’t been announced yet, he does go on to say that the game will feature a lot of dialogue – meaning that dialogue will not only be reserved for special cut scenes, such as the energetic and frantic one seen in the Augmented Reality demo.
Bravely Default: Flying Fairy currently doesn’t have a Japanese release date yet and an international release has yet to be announced, but this is definitely one game we have been keeping a close eye on for a while and will continue to do so.
