Last October, we were introduced to King of Pirates, a game by Intercept’s Keiji Inafune (formerly the head of production for Capcom). We don’t know much about the game, except that it features animal pirates and is supposed to be the first in a trilogy. That’s good enough right?
Well, in an interview with Joystiq, Mr. Inafune outlined his plans to release all of his games across the world:
“For all my titles, I’m looking to do worldwide publishing. I can’t say who is publishing because it could be Marvelous directly or maybe they’re going to find another publisher in the US,” he said. “But the plan is to do it worldwide.”
In Japan, the game will be published by Marvelous AQL; known for the Harvest Moon series and its spin-off Rune Factory series.
