One of the games Nintendo 3DS owners have found themselves most looking forward to recently is the release of Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D on the 24th of May, also greatly helped by the fact the game is part of Nintendo’s So Many Games promotion in Europe. However, for those of you who were looking to downloading the game you might want to have a rethink after you hear this.
The amount of blocks that the game will take up if you choose to download it has been revealed and comes in at a huge 17,693 blocks, making it one of the largest games available to download for the 3DS so far. Roughly that amount of blocks would come out at about 2.16GB which is too much for the 2GB SD card that comes with the original 3DS systems, however for the 3DS XL owners with the 4GB card you’re only taking up half of the space, which is still quite a lot but not as bad.
So, for any of you wishing to download it as your free game from the So Many Games promotion, or just wanting to download it in general, you might want to check how much space you have on those SD cards now!
