Square Enix and Silicon Studio’s Bravely Default has a heavily praised vast and varied job system, ranging from the RPG standards knight and thief to the more fantastical pirate and vampire. For those of you not wishing to stake too much on swords and axes though, you can purchase scrolls from various shops across Luxendarc and have your characters wield rods and staffs as a Black Mage, White Mage, Red Mage or Time Mage. We have already been promised that things will be mixed up a bit in the series’ true second instalment, the recently announced Bravely Second and now, we might have had a slight preview on how.
The world of Luxendarc may soon be receiving its own Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or Luna Nova Academy, as the Prime minister of Lakrika has ordered that a a magical academy be built in the continent of Nadarakes. Scholars and students from all over have been flocking towards its doors to explore and debate numerous magical theories, which has resulted in new forms and systems of magic!
How will this tie into the gameplay of Bravely Second though? Well, we’ll just have to wait and see!
