Everyone’s favourite busty brawler franchise returns with two brand new Senran Kagura titles headlining a new slate of games announced by publisher Marvelous Europe this afternoon!
Nintendo Switch players will be getting heated this summer with the eShop exclusive Senran Kagura: Reflexions. Released in Japan last November as Shinobi Refle: Senran Kagura, this romance adventure game lets players acquaint themselves with series heroine Asuka through innovative use of the Joy-Con controllers. Listening to her worries and interacting with her through the art of reflexology and massage, will guide you towards one of six endings.
Additional DLC featuring other characters, like Yumi, Murasaki and Ryona, will follow later.
If you’re looking for a more traditional entry in the series though, you won’t want to miss Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal, which launches for PlayStation 4 and PC this Autumn!
Go back to the story that started it all with this full HD remake of Senran Kagura Burst, the Nintendo 3DS director’s cut that introduced Senran Kagura to the west, with updated gameplay and features – including a more heavily stocked Dressing Room.
Marvelous also promise new story modes featuring Yumi and Miyabi before their meeting with Asuka and Homura, to be announced at a later date.
Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal will be available physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, as well as digitally on PC, this autumn. You can read our vintage review of Senran Kagura Burst here.
If you’re looking for something a little different however, then Marvelous are also bringing FATE/EXTELLA LINK to European shores this winter, with physical and digital releases on PlayStation 4, as well as a digital-only release on PlayStation Vita.
A follow-up to FATE/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star, the high-speed Warriors-esque gameplay of this new title introduces 10 new legendary heroes from across the wider Fate canon, including Astolfo, Scàthach and Francis Drake. Alongside an improved single player, where gamers can now navigate base camp and form bonds with the cast, this new installment also adds 4-on-4 online battles.

Leading the pack later this month however, is the return of former XBox 360 exclusive Bullet Witch – which will launch worldwide in association with North American publisher XSEED Games on Steam and Humble Store on 25th April 2018, with a 10% launch week discount from its usual pricing of £12.99/$14.99/€14.99.
Mixing Japanese dark fantasy and western-style military action, Bullet Witch has players take on the role of Alicia and her powerful “gun-rod” to lay waste to demonic foes using bullets or spells. This updated port includes quality of life improvements and all previously released DLC.
Do any of these marvellous games tickle your fancy?
